Terms and Conditions
All items are shipped from our Pottery in the Allier, France.
We post within 1-2 business days of receiving payment.
All orders are dispatched using La Post Colissimo, International Orders are dispatched using Colissimo’s International Tracking with Signature service so you can check online how your order is progressing.
All my pottery is carefully inspected for any damage prior to being packed. We use a lot of packing to minimise the possibility of damage in transit and we clearly mark the boxes as being Fragile.
IMPORTANT: If on receipt, you notice that the packaging has been damaged in any way, please take photos prior to opening the parcel as the Postal Companies will generally require this before paying out any insurance claim. Also take photos of the damaged Pottery.
If the goods have been damaged in-transit, please notify us immediately by e-mail and attach photos of the damage. Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
You will be given the option to have the product replaced with an item of the same value or to have a full refund.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and must be returned in original packaging.
We will issue a full refund on receipt of the piece, excluding the original delivery charge.
